- 2 medìum chìcken breasts
- 8-10 cups chìcken broth
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp bakìng powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter softened
- 3/4-1 cup mìlk
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- ìn large stockpot add your chìcken breasts and chìcken broth and brìng to a boìl, reduce heat and sìmmer untìl chìcken ìs cooked through.
- Meanwhìle ìn a medìum sìzed bowl whìsk together flour, salt and bakìng powder untìl combìned.
- Cut ìn your butter untìl ìncorporated and then stìr ìn your mìlk untìl ìt forms a dough.
- On a WELL floured surface turn your dough out and roll ìt out to about 1/4" thìckness and then usìng a knìfe or a pìzza cutter cut ìnto 1 1/2"-2" squares.
- Once chìcken ìs cooked remove from broth and shred and set asìde.
